Following 20 years working in various property and body corporate management capacities within the SE Queensland property industry, a niche market was identified for a specialist commercial property management service to provide a higher level of customised service to landlords.

BPS was founded and is operated by James Byrne, who brings 20+ years of specialist property management experience to the table. James holds a Qld real estate licence and is a member of the REIQ.

Behind the scenes, BPS runs cirrus8, a leading Australian cloud based property management and accounting solution.
